icon-slicer software package provides utility for generating icon themes and libXcursor cursor themes, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install icon-slicer
icon-slicer is installed in your system.
Make ensure the icon-slicer package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep icon-slicer *
You will get with icon-slicer package name, version, architecture and description in a table
